Your use of the Hello Cheese website ( and services offered herein indicates your agreement to be bound by the following Conditions of Use. As such, you are agreeing to familiarise yourself with the conditions, and to abide by them if you choose to use the Hello Cheese website.

These Conditions of Use tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Conditions of Use do not affect these. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to our site (the “Site”). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

2. Purchasing from Hello Cheese
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and to allow us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto shippers and/or other subcontractors). We will not use your personal information or other details for any other purposes.

All prices on this web site are correct at time of publishing (errors and omissions exempt). Hello Cheese reserves the right to alter prices at anytime without notice. Products may vary from representative images. Subject to availability.

3. Cheese is Perishable.

Our cheese is freshly cut to order and is a perishable product with a limited shelf life of around 10 days. Please bear this is mind when placing your order and choosing your delivery date.

4. Delivery
A full list of delivery info is available at our Delivery page.
Please be aware that this can change at any time. We reserve the right to re-charge for delivery should the wrong delivery details be given which could cause delay in the courier delivery service. Whilst we endeavour to deliver your order on the date requested, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to adverse weather conditions or situations beyond our control. Any delay in dispatch and/or delivery for whatsoever reason shall not be grounds for a claim for consequential loss.

5. Returns
Please notify us within 1 day of receipt of your goods if you have a problem. We can only accept returns for faulty goods, in accordance with customer’s statutory rights but unfortunately not for unwanted items. Where possible we will endeavour to offer an exchange but the cost of postage and the safe return of said item must be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us using our Contact Page, where we will be happy to help.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics and logos is the property of Hello Cheese and protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

6. Trademarks
All trademarks that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.

7. Payments.
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

8. Links to Other Web Sites.
The Site may contain links to other Web sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions express in such Web sites, and such Web sites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Inclusion of any linked Web site on our Site does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked Web site by us. If you decide to leave our Site and access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.

9. Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your rolling subscription, you must notify us by email (please see the contact page). If we have already sent out your cheese box for that month then you will still be charged for it.

You can cancel anytime. 

A refund will then be issued for the remaining period of which you have left on your plan.

I.e If you decide to cancel a rolling 12 month subscription on the 6th month, we will refund you for the 6 months you still have left. Please note that cancelling a plan means you are liable to pay the full rate of the goods for that month.

Please allow 14 days for money to be transferred back into your account.
