Delivery is via Royal Mail
Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we will ship your order the same day.
Royal Mail Postage Time Guidelines
Royal Mail 48 Tracked - FREE (3-5 working days for delivery - Mainland UK)
Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £4.00 (1-2 working days for delivery - Mainland UK)
Royal Mail Special Delivery - £8.50 (Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm. Signed for service - Mainland UK)
Northern Ireland via Royal Mail - £7.95 (3-5 working days)
Scottish Highlands - £15.50 (3-5 working days)
Isle of Wight - £14.00 (3-5 working days)
The Republic of Ireland (unfortunately this is currently unavailable – we are eagerly awaiting an update!)
FYI
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday or allocated day. Any orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Special Delivery
Royal Mail guarantee to attempt delivery by 1pm the next working day - exceptions apply to some addresses see a breakdown of those addresses here.
RM 48 and RM 24 delivery times are not guaranteed, Royal Mail have advised us that this isn't a guaranteed service. Hello Gifts UK will always do everything in our power to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however please note there are occasions where factors outside of our control that can affect delivery. (Excluding Royal Mail Special Delivery)
You will be informed about any delays to your delivery via Text or Email from Royal Mail. There are occasions where factors outside of our control that can affect delivery, such as Royal Mail Strikes, Bank holiday and Christmas delays.
Orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the first working day after the Bank Holiday. Please allow extra days for delivery when ordering during this time.
Please do triple check that the shipping address is correct. Unfortunately, if we have an incomplete or wrong address, or if you are not in when it is due for delivery it is unlikely to arrive on time and that would be a real shame!
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK
WE CANNOT SHIP ANY FOOD PRODUCTS
Those in Europe may now pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the European Union on 1st January 2021. Please check with your local customs authorities. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we cannot be held responsible.
Royal Mail Europe Tracked - £12 (approximately 5-7 working days) Please also be aware that sometimes there can be a weight restriction - if so we will get in touch asap!
Current delivery is available to Guernsey, France, Germany, Malta, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Greece, Switzerland and Belgium. If your country is not on the list - do get in touch and we will see what we can do!
Royal Mail Worldwide Tracked - £14 (approximately 7-10 working days) Please also be aware that sometimes there can be a weight restriction - if so we will get in touch asap!
Current delivery is available to the USA, Canada, New Zealand, China, Australia and United Arab Emirates. If your country is not on the list - do get in touch and we will see what we can do!
Will I have to pay customs duties on my order?
Any items shipped overseas and incurring any customs charges due to the price or nature of product will be payable by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible.
CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER
You have a 30 minute window to amend any errors on the order or let us know of any changes etc - unless it is after the cut off 3pm. Please contact us asap on info@hellogifts.uk
