Windrush Cheeses are soft goat cheeses made by Renee and Richard Loveridge at their farm in Windrush, near Burford, in the English Cotswolds.
The milk comes from British Saanen and Toggenburg goats that are fed mainly on haylage and a concentrate.
This is such a delicious cheese with only a delicate hint of goaty flavour.
We think this works amazingly with a big glass of chilled Sauvignon Blanc!
