The Westcombe Cheddar cheese is a traditional unpasteurised, cloth-wrapped cheese from Somerset.
It has recently been awarded PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and and Best Cheddar at the 2017 British Cheese Awards.
It's deep and diverse flavour is full of mellow tang, with citrus, caramel and hazelnut notes.
A Pinot Grigio, a full bodied red or an ale would pair wonderfully with this awesome cheddar!
