Raymond Blanc has called it 'the best camembert in the world', which is no mean feat, considering all the fantastic French camemberts which are out there.

The Tunworth is a personal favourite of Amanda's, so we are super excited to include it in this month's Hello Cheese Box!

Stacey Hedges, started making Tunworth back in 2004 from her home in Hampshire and since then, Tunworth has won Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards in 2006 and in 2013.

Named after the nearby hamlet, Tunworth is lovingly created, using a process done solely by hand, from the first ladle of pasteurised whole cow's milk, to the wrapping in the wax paper and packaging up into the poplar boxes.

The British camembert-style cheese has a very thin and delicate, papery rind with a classic, creamy paste. It's fruity tang and pleasant bitterness make Tunworth a worthy champ of British cheeses!

Try it with aged Bordeaux reds, Beaujolais, Cab Sauvignon, Champagne, Sauvignon Blanc, Cider.
