St Thom is a brick shaped goat's milk cheese made in Worcester by Lightwood Cheese.
A unique goats' cheese with a bloomy rind and soft texture with light goaty and citrus flavours. The milk is locally sourced and unpasteurised. The curd is gently hand ladled into the brick moulds and carefully turned to ensure the unique brick shape is maintained.
Simply delicious and a pretty addition to any spring or summer cheese board.
St Thom was named Best Soft and Best Goats' Cheese, plus Reserve Champion, at the British Cheese Awards in 2016.
