This extraordinary goats cheese pyramid is made at the Earth Trust Farm in South Oxfordshire.
All the goats on the farm have names (which we love!)
The cheese has a fab wrinkled exterior which develops natural spots of blues, greys and greens over time. It's taste is delicate, creamy and subtle!
