This deliciously creamy morsel is made on the Sharpham Estate in South Devon. It’s lovingly handmade and results in a wonderfully buttery texture.  After maturing for around a month the cheese is ready for sale. Winning an array of awards, from Silver at the Taste of the West Awards 2014 and Gold at the Global Cheese Awards 2013 - enjoy with a Sauvignon Blanc!
