This square shaped Italian soft ripened cheese is made in the Piedmont region using pasteurised milk from sheep & cows’. It has a bloomy rind and supple texture with a creamy, rich interior. The centre of the cheese produces nice buttery hay flavours whilst it’s scent is intense. Robiola works beautifully with a spot of honey drizzled on top and served with warm toasted bread.
