This unusual & striking soft goats’ cheese is made by Charlie Westhead at his dairy in Herefordshire.
The cheese was named after Ragstone Ridge, which ran close by Ragstone is a fantastic twist on the French Sainte Maure, by adding in a white mould to delicious coating on the log.
The end result is a great flavour and superb creamyness, this really is an excellent goat's cheese.
We recommend pairing this with a Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough region of New Zealand.
