The Quicke family have been farming their Devonshire dairy farm for 450 years!
Their family cheddar is full bodied, tangy and packs a punch when it comes to taste.
The farm’s 500 herd of cattle which are grazed on the lush pastures for 11 months of the year, really add buttery, creamy notes to the cheese.
The traditional muslin bound truckles ensure the tastes and flavours inside the cheese really give the Quicke’s cheese it’s award winning status.
Enjoyed with an English stout or pale ale.
