Picos de Europa

Picos de Europa is a bold & salty cheese, made in the Valdeon Valley of Castile-Leon region of the north western Spain.

Made from cow or goat’s milk or a mixture of both, the cheese has very dense blue veining and comes wrapped in maple or chestnut leaves, which look great on display on a cheeseboard.

The rich smell of the cheese makes a great pairing with fresh fruit and strong red wine or sherry!
