This utterly unctious, triple cream cheese is made by Charlie Westhead of Neals Yard Creamery. The milk comes from the herd of Friesian and Jersey cows, next door, which gives a real added richness to the milk. Extra cream is added to the milk before making the Finn cheese, ensuring it’s delectable flavour and smooth texture shine through!
