Double Barrel Poacher

Lincolnshire Poacher is an award-winning handmade cheese with a rich and strong flavour which is produced by Simon & Tim Jones on a dairy farm of 230 Holstein fresian cows in the Lincolnshire Wolds.

It is made in a way that is similar to traditional West Country Cheddar using unpasteurised cow’s milk. The best is selected and matured to become 'Double Barrel' for between 2 and 3 years. 

This is a seriously great cheese for people who like their cheeses full of flavour!

Double Barrel pairs well with full bodied reds and whites and beer.
