Named after the beautiful village of Dorstone, overlooking the river Wye in Herefordshire, this turret shaped goats cheese won the award for Best Fresh Cheese at the British Cheese Awards 2010.
It is a wonderfully full flavoured cheese which has been rolled in ash - which give it its wrinkly effect!
Coated in ash and has a white, blue and green mouldy rind.
It has a fantastic fluffy texture and a slightly citrusy, zingy taste... a stunning cheese!
