
Bleu Des Causses
This strong & full bodied blue cheese made in the Auverne region and are allowed to mature in the humid caves in the Causses plateau.
The caves are ventilated by natural chimneys (fleurines) which let in the micro flora that create Bleu des Causses distinct taste.
We love the punchy, salty, creamy yet mellow taste of Bleu Des Causses and is especially good smothered on some crusty bread it’s blue moulding partners perfectly with full bodied red wines.
