Bix
Produced by the Nettlebed Creamery, Bix is named after the village in which the happy herd of crossed Montbeliarde, Swedish Red and Holstein Friesian dairy cows graze to produce their certified organic milk.
Bix is a sumptuous, triple cream cows’ cheese based on northern French cheeses like Brillat Savarin or Chaource.
Bix won “Best Soft White Cheese” category at the British Cheese Awards in 2018 and looks set for more fantastic accolades in the future!
It’s a really decadent cheese, dense and rich, a bit like butter - with earthy tones and fresh grassy elements. Enjoy with champagne!
