Artisan cheese makers, Sandy and Andy Rose, have been making cheese since 2003. Their ‘Two Hoots’ dairy is very much a family affair, with all 3 children now helping out part & full time! The Barkham Blue is a creamy, melt in the mouth textured cheese with a rustic rind and a yellow, moist interior streaked with blue veins. Multi award winning, Barkham Blue was Supreme Champion at the World Cheese Awards 2015!
