The ever popular blue! Colston Basset Stilton is hand-made in Nottinghamshire. It is one of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons. Hand-ladling produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex. Delicious!
Pairing notes - A beauty with a glass of red or port. For summer evenings, it works a treat with a crisp cider. Lovely served with cheese crackers or some crusty bread.
