Carboncino is a soft, rich and creamy Italian cheese made in the Peidmont region. This beautifully crafted cheese is made using ancient recipes and artisanal methods. ‘Carboncino’ translates to ‘little charcoal’ resulting in it’s wonderful exterior. A pale ale or prosecco works fantastically with this but nothing too hoppy which may overpower this delicate yet amazing tasting morsel!
